KYC KRA Form RI - Click Here to download Non - Individual - Click Here to download NRI - Click Here to download 2. Duly filled Common Modification From (Click Here to download) 3. Proof of Address (In case of Aadhaar submitted, the Aadhaar number should be masked and the QR code should be visible) 4. Self Attested Pan Card Copy
