Privacy Policy

Axis Securities Limited (“Company”/”Us”/ “We”) is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal data.

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to any personal data obtained by the Company from visitors to websites or apps of the Company (collectively, “Sites”), and any other individuals whose personal data is collected by the Company (“you”, “your”, “Users”) during the course of services made available by the Company (“Services”). 2. a person with disability includes her lawful guardian, acting on their behalf.

“Data Processor” means any person who processes personal data on behalf of a Data Fiduciary.
“Personal data” ” means any information that relates to a natural person, which, either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be available with a body corporate, is capable of identifying such person.
“Personal data breach” means any unauthorized processing of personal data or accidental disclosure, acquisition, sharing, use, alteration, destruction or loss of access to personal data, that compromises the confidentiality, integrity or availability of personal data.
“Processing”, in relation to personal data, means a wholly or partly automated operation or set of operations performed on digital personal data, and includes operations such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, retrieval, use, alignment or combination, indexing, sharing, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, restriction, erasure or destruction.

How long do we keep the Personal Data

We won’t keep your Personal Data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and only for as long as required or otherwise permitted by law and regulations.

We take appropriate steps to ensure that we process and retain information about you based on the following logic:

Any dispute arising between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
