Please follow the steps mentioned below to change your e-mail ID/the registered mobile number using the online process:

• Login to www.axisdirect.in (In the 'Take Me To' option select 'My Account')

• Click on the 'Edit' available next to the mobile number tab

• Enter your new Email address/Mobile number and confirm the same

• Click on Save'

1. The common modification Form (Click Here to download)

2. Address Proof (If Aadhaar is shared the number should be masked) (Only for address change)

3. KYC KRA form with photograph on it (Click Here to download) (Only for address change)

4. Self Attested PAN copy
