To update the bank account in your Trading and Demat account, please send us the following documents after obtaining an In Person Verification (IPV) and an Original Seen Verification (OSV) at the nearest Axis Bank branch and submit it to them or send it to us at the address mentioned below:

1) Common Modification Form:Click here fto download the form.

2) Bank Mandate Letter:Click here to download the form.

3) Self-attested PAN card copy.

4) Self-attested copy of the bank proof (Latest Bank statement/ pass book/ personalized cancelled cheque leaf). (Preferred in case of Non - Axis bank accounts)

Please Note: You can link up to five bank accounts in your trading account and three bank accounts to your Axis Direct Demat account, please update the ‘BANK MODIFICATION’ section on the form accordingly:

1. Trading: For the trades

2. Dividend: For your dividends to be credited

3. Charges: For your DP charges to be debited

Once we receive the documents the Axis Bank account will be linked to your trading account in 3 working days, if no rejections are observed.
