a. Change in E-mail id / Contact details:
Client has to submit Modification Form along with Self Attested Pan card copy to HO / Branch.
On receipt of the above documents, the details will be updated within 2 working days if no rejections found.
b. Change in Name:
Change in Name is allowed only in case of marriage:
Documents Required:
• Marriage Certificate / Divorce Certificate
• Self Attested New Pan Card Copy
• Publication of name change in the official gazette.
