You are required to Customer care number 022-40508080 / 61480808. Once you are connected to the IVR, you need to follow the instructions as given below:

Step 1: Language selection by Pressing 1 for English and 2 for Hindi.

Step 2: Press 1 for trading from the menu options.

Step 3: Undergo an authentication process.

Step 4: Press 1 for trading in Equity and 2 for trading in Derivatives.

Step 5: You will be connected to a dealer to place your orders.
