What should I do if my data is not streaming on AxisDirect Mobile app?

If the data is not getting streamed on

1. Android, Go to Settings, On the Streaming Data

2. For I-Phone, Go to Settings, On the Streaming Data and Go to Phone Settings > Notifications > Axis Direct Mobile > On the Notifications.
