A Contract Note is a confirmation note, containing details of a stock exchange trade, which is sent by a broker to a client. The contract note shows: the date and time of the trade, the title of the security, the number of shares bought/sold, the traded price , the total value of the trade, the statutory charges and the amount of brokerage charged by the broker. A digitally signed contract notes will be emailed by AxisDirect to the clients registered email id.
