You can view the PAN and DOB updated in your account on the web portal and the RNG Mobile app, please find below the paths to view the same:
Web Portal: Click Here to login to your account & Select 'My Account' from the 'Take Me To' dropdown, your PAN and DOB will be visible in the My Account section
RING Mobile App: Click on the 3-horizontal lines on the 'Dashboard' screen >> Click on your 'Name', scroll down to find the details on the 'Profile Details' tab
In case you wish to change the details, please follow the processes listed below:
PAN Change/update: Please submit the following documents at the nearest Axis Bank branch after obtaining an In-Person Verification (IPV) and Original Seen Verification stamp from the branch personnel
1. Surrender Letter of the old PAN from the Income tax department
2. A written request
3. Self attested new PAN card copy
DOB Change/update:
1. A written request
2. Self attested new PAN card copy
In case the PAN card change is due to the name change you would have to change the name on the Axis Direct account by submitting the following documents after obtaining an In-Person Verification (IPV) and Original Seen Verification (OSV) at the nearest Axis Bank branch or courier these to the mailing address given below
