Freeze/Unfreeze Account:DPs can freeze or unfreeze an account if necessary.
Registration of RGESS (Form A) & Release of Stock from RGESS (Form B):DPs handle the registration of securities under the Registered Group of Employees Scheme (RGESS) and the release of stocks from RGESS.
2. Dematerialization and Rematerialization:
Dematerialization:DPs help investors convert physical share certificates into electronic form (Demat account).
Rematerialization:DPs facilitate the reverse process, converting electronic securities back into physical form if required.
