"Please call at our Customer care number 022-40508080 / 61480808 and select option 2 from the  main menu played on IVRS to request for a temporary TCODE. You will be asked to enter your Cust ID. If the cust id is valid, you will be prompted to provide your date of birth.

If you call from your registered mobile number and the date of birth is correct, your temporary TCODE will be sent on SMS to your registered mobile number. In case your registered mobile no. is not available in our records, the TCODE pin mailer will be sent to your registered address. You are required to change your TCODE before you enter into any transaction at Trade on Phone."
