To activate the Trade on Phone services,

1. please call us at our Customer care number 022-40508080 / 61480808 and select option 1 from the list of main menu options played on IVR System

2. You will be required to put your Bank customer id and a TCODE which is sent to you along with Account opening form inside the PIN Mailer, followed by a new 4 digit TCODE.

3. Post this your account will be activated. Please use this TCODE for further transactions on IVR.
