You can generate temporary TCODE by choosing option 2 through IVR. You will receive a new TCODE on your registered mobile number or on registered address in case mobile number is not available in database.
Alternatively, you can also place request for new TCODE through :
1. Calling on toll free number
2. Write to us at helpdesk@axisdirect.in from your registered email id
3. Send the written request to the following address:
