Tata Tea Holdings (TTHPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Consumer Products had made an application for voluntarily strike-off and the said entity has been struck off from the Register of Companies, Mumbai. Accordingly, TTHPL has ceased to be the company's wholly owned subsidiary, effective 29 June 2026.

Tata Consumer Products has allotted 6,463 equity shares under ESOP on 10 June 2026. Consequently, on June 10, 2026, the paid-up equity shares capital of the company stands increased from Rs. 98,96,38,805 divided into 98,96,38,805 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to Rs. 98,96,45,268 divided into 98,96,45,268 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.

Tata Consumer Products has allotted 3,556 equity shares under ESOP on 18 May 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 98,95,65,336 divided into 98,95,65,336 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.

Tata Consumer Products announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 10 June 2026.
