Refex Industries has procured a domestic order worth Rs 36.50 crore for supply of Bulk Industrial Commodity.

Refex Industries has allotted 20,057 equity shares under ESOP on 01 May 2026. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs 27,43,98,782/- (divided into 13,71,99,391 equity shares of Rs 2/- each) to Rs 27,44,38,896/- (divided into 13,72,19,448 equity shares of Rs 2/- each).

Refex Industries has procured an order worth Rs 32.12 crore for transportation of pond ash to NHAI PWD road construction sites.

The order is for the transportation of pond ash to NHAI and PWD road construction sites. The contract is scheduled to be executed over one year, with a provision for extension of up to six months.

The company clarified that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction.

The company reported consolidated net profit rose 5.03% to Rs 61.34 crore despite a 16.04% drop in revenue from operations to Rs 576.01 crore in Q3 FY26 over Q3 FY25.
