Poonawalla Fincorp has allotted 25,000 secured, redeemable, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures of the face value of Rs 1,00,000/- amounting to Rs 250 crore through private placement on 16 July 2026.

Poonawalla Fincorp has allotted 20,000 unsecured, redeemable, rated, listed, subordinated, non-convertible debentures constituting Tier II Capital of the face value of Rs 1,00,000/-, amounting to Rs 200 crore through private placement.

Poonawalla Fincorp has allotted 50,000 secured, redeemable, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures of the face value of Rs 1,00,000/-, amounting to Rs 500 crore and premium amounting to Rs 1,90,000/-through private placement.

Poonawalla Fincorp will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 17 July 2026.
