The largest order, valued at Rs 430.69 crore, has been awarded by the Rajasthan Council of School Education for the turnkey construction of 2,256 science laboratories for physics, chemistry and biology in 922 government schools across Rajasthan.

The company has also received a Rs 60.61 crore contract from Bharat Electronics (BEL) for an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract, along with Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services, to develop infrastructure facilities for NFTRs.

In addition, Power Finance Corporation (PFC) has awarded NBCC two Project Management Agency (PMA) contracts under its CSR initiatives. The first, worth Rs 5.38 crore, involves the construction of a state-of-the-art tourist facilitation centre in Aizawl, Mizoram. The second contract, valued at Rs 4.77 crore, is for the construction of a school building under Phase II at Dr. K.B. Hedgewar Higher Secondary School of Arts, Commerce and Science in Cujira, Bambolim, Goa.

NBCC (India) has secured new orders worth Rs 501.45 crore. These include:

The orders include construction of a Mega Education Complex in Keonjhar district for the District Mineral Foundation, Keonjhar, valued at Rs 70.59 crore, and construction of DD University Works (Mega Education Complex) in Keonjhar district worth Rs 17.24 crore.

The company has also received two orders from Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan for construction of new campuses for Kendriya Vidyalaya in Angul and Sambalpur districts of Odisha, each valued at Rs 35.56 crore.

The contracts have been awarded on a project management consultancy basis under deposit work mode and are domestic in nature.

NBCC said the orders do not involve any interest of promoters, promoter group companies, or group entities in the awarding authorities. The contracts also do not fall under related-party transactions.

The first order, valued at around Rs 8.48 crore, has been awarded by Chennai Port Authority for undertaking improvement works to the Medical and Surgical Blocks of the Chennai Port Authority Hospital at Chennai.

The second order, worth about Rs 12.44 crore, has been received from Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd (PGCIL) for the construction of a 150-bed Vishram Sadan at the Government General Hospital in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh.

Both contracts have been awarded by domestic entities and pertain to project management consultancy services.

NBCC said neither of the awarding entities is related to the company's promoter or promoter group, and the contracts do not fall under related-party transactions.

The total value of the two orders stands at approximately Rs 20.92 crore.
