Power Finance Corporation (PFC) has appointed NBCC (India) as Project Management Agency to execute its various CSR Projects in various states. The total CSR works awarded to NBCC is of approx. Rs. 103.47 crore (excl. GST)

The board of NBCC (India) has approved the proposal for participation in an e-auction process for purchase of a commercial tower admeasuring approximately 279,989 sq. ft. (super built-up area) at Bharat Business Park, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi, for the purposes of self-use, leasing and/or investment.

Accordingly, the Company participated in the said e-auction held on 16 April 2026, and emerged as the Highest Bidder. The total estimated investment towards the proposed purchase would be approximately Rs 1,374.45 crore, payable in stages on construction-linked basis, in accordance with the progress of construction and subject to the terms and conditions of the e-auction.

NBCC (India) announced that the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM), Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India vide Office Memorandum (OM) dated 16 April 2026, has conveyed its 'No Objection' on the merger of the HSCC (India), a wholly owned subsidiary with NBCC (India) (Holding Company) in compliance with the extant guidelines.

NBCC (India) has successfully sold commercial built-up space of approx14 lac sq. ft area at Bharat Business Park, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi through an e-auction at total sale value of approx. Rs. 5,779 crore.

NBCC will get marketing fee @ 1% of sale value.
