The first order, valued at around Rs 8.48 crore, has been awarded by Chennai Port Authority for undertaking improvement works to the Medical and Surgical Blocks of the Chennai Port Authority Hospital at Chennai.

The second order, worth about Rs 12.44 crore, has been received from Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd (PGCIL) for the construction of a 150-bed Vishram Sadan at the Government General Hospital in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh.

Both contracts have been awarded by domestic entities and pertain to project management consultancy services.

NBCC said neither of the awarding entities is related to the company's promoter or promoter group, and the contracts do not fall under related-party transactions.

The total value of the two orders stands at approximately Rs 20.92 crore.

The company received an Rs 39.99 crore order from Canara Bank for the construction of a residential building at Plot No. 624/1617, Shimpoli Road, Borivali West, Mumbai.

Separately, NBCC has been awarded a Rs 5.51 crore PMC contract by the Resident Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Bhavan, for the upgradation of Bungalow No. 1, Janpath, the official residence of the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.

Net profit of NBCC (India) rose 37.22% to Rs 241.39 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 175.92 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 1.81% to Rs 4559.80 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 4643.85 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 33.06% to Rs 720.03 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 541.13 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 7.01% to Rs 12888.61 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 12043.78 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Profit before tax (PBT) climbed 37.44% YoY to Rs 342.29 crore in Q4 FY26.

Total expenses fell 1.81% to Rs 4276.44 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with Rs 4355.43 crore in Q4 FY25. Work & consultancy expenses stood at Rs 3,950.29 crore (down 1% YoY), employee benefit expenses was at Rs 106.14 crore (up 19.66% YoY) during the period under review.

During the quarter, revenue from PMC business jumped 2.14% YoY to Rs 4,356.78 crore, while revenue from real estate tumbled 73.53% YoY to Rs 42.72 core and revenue from EPC business declined 33.39% YoY to Rs 140.43 crore.

On full year basis, the company?s consolidated net profit climbed 33.06% to Rs 720.03 crore in FY26 compared with Rs 541.13 crore in FY25. Revenue from operations increased 7.01% to Rs 12,888.61 crore in FY26 compared with Rs 12,043.77 crore in FY25.

Meanwhile, the company?s board recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.46 per equity share with a face value of Rs 1 each for the FY2025-26.
