Lancer Containers Lines has allotted 22,26,000 equity shares on conversion of FCCBs on 08 April 2024. Further, additional 44,52,000 equity shares have been allotted pursuant to bonus issue in ratio of 2:1 to such FCCB holders. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 117,61,23,600/- consisting of 23,52,24,720 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.

The company will acquire 1200 units of 20-feet general purpose dry cargo container from SYMCON.

SYMCOM Industries Pvt. Ltd. will be supplying 100 TEU’s on every month basis till the expiry of 12 Months as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the contract,” Lancer Container said in a statement.

The company had reported 3.16% rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 14.05 crore despite a 15.05% increase in revenue to Rs 150.56 crore in Q3 FY24 over Q3 FY23.

Net profit of Lancer Containers Lines rose 3.16% to Rs 14.05 crore in the quarter ended December 2023 as against Rs 13.62 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2022. Sales declined 15.05% to Rs 150.56 crore in the quarter ended December 2023 as against Rs 177.23 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2022.
