Kovai Medical Center & Hospital announced that the 40th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 26 August 2026.

Kovai Medical Center & Hospital announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 15 per equity Share (i.e. 150%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Kovai Medical Center & Hospital rose 9.12% to Rs 59.69 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 54.70 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 15.86% to Rs 413.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 356.64 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 16.99% to Rs 244.46 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 208.95 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 15.65% to Rs 1584.15 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1369.74 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
