JBM Ecolife Mobility (JBM Eco), a subsidiary/joint venture of JBM Auto, has incorporated a company on 15 July 2026 in the name of Greenpath Mobility Ventures (GMVPL). The GMVPL is a wholly owned subsidiary of JBM Eco. Further, the Company has received the Certificate of Incorporation on 15 July 2026 at 10:30 PM from Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

The buses will be delivered in phases over the next one year and will be equipped with advanced technology and features aimed at providing a safe, comfortable and eco-friendly travel experience.

The initial deployment will focus on luxury intercity coach operations across India. Under the partnership, Drivn will offer fleet operators an integrated solution comprising long-term vehicle financing, maintenance and charging infrastructure, enabling them to adopt electric buses without significant upfront capital expenditure.

The companies also plan to explore opportunities in other mobility segments, including school transportation, employee mobility and airport transit services.

JBM EV said the partnership marks another step in its efforts to promote green public mobility and decarbonisation in line with its Net Zero 2040 commitment.

JBM Electric Vehicles (JBM EV) launched the next generation 'GALAXY' electric luxury coach at Prawaas 5.0 yesterday. JBM EV is part of JBM Auto, the flagship company of the $3.3 bn global Indian conglomerate, JBM Group.

The new 'GALAXY' Coach showcases 22 Maharaja reclining seats + 20 plush sleeper berths with an onboard washroom. JBM Galaxy is also available in another seat configuration offering 24 Maharaja reclining seats + 20 plush sleeper berths (without washroom). It also offers the highest seating capacity in its segment paired with highest luggage space, a combination designed to strengthen operator revenue potential and passenger convenience on longer routes.
