Intellect Design Arena will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 31 July 2026.

Intellect Design Arena has allotted 1,64,940 equity shared under ESOP on 19 June 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 70,08,78,390 divided into 14,01,75,678 equity shares of face value of Rs 5/- each.

Intellect Design Arena has appointed Deepak Dastrala as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Purple Fabric and will be designated as Senior Management Personnel with effect from 07 June 2026.
