Intellect Design Arena will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 8 May 2026.

Intellect Design Arena has allotted 2,17,398 equity shares under ESOP on 21 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 69,94,72,595 divided into 13,98,94,519 equity shares of face value of Rs 5/- each.
