Innovision has received the work order valued at Rs 12.66 crore from National Highways Authority of India for engagement of user fee collection agency on the basis of competitive bidding through e-tender for Aaini Fee Plaza at Jarwal to Bahraich Bypass Section of NH-28C in the state of Uttar Pradesh and upkeep/ maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks including recouping the consumable items.

The order, issued by the Office of the Superintending Engineer (Operation) Circle in Rampur, Jabalpur, was awarded on 24 April 2026, following a competitive bidding process. Under the contract, the company will provide additional external manpower resources.

The total value of the contract stands at Rs 3,01,38,756 and it will be executed on an annual basis.

Innovision clarified that neither its promoters nor group companies have any interest in the awarding entity and the deal does not qualify as a related party transaction.

Innovision provides manpower services, toll plaza management, and skill development training across India. The company offers private security, integrated facility management (IFM), manpower sourcing and payroll services, and operates toll plazas primarily for the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).

Innovision added 2.52% to Rs 319.35 after the company?s consolidated net profit jumped 43.27% to Rs 4.47 crore on a 2.12% increase in revenue from operations to Rs 233.26 crore in Q3 FY26 over Q3 FY25.

Shares of Innovision slipped 3.43% to Rs 328.95 on the BSE.

Innovision has received a Letter of Award (LoA) /work order engagement of user fee agency on the basis Competitive Bidding at Vembukudi fee plaza at Km 152.000 of Cholapuram- Thanjavur Section from Km 116.440 to Km 164.275 of NH-45C in the state of Tamil Nadu and upkeep /maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks including recouping the consumable items. The contract is valued at Rs 31.09 crore.

The company has been appointed as the user fee collection agency for the Vembukudi fee plaza located at Km 152.000 on the Cholapuram?Thanjavur section of NH-45C, covering a stretch from Km 116.440 to Km 164.275.

The scope of work also includes upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks, along with replenishment of consumable items.

The contract, signed on April 21, 2026, is valued at approximately Rs 31.09 crore. It is a domestic order and will be executed over a period of one year, commencing from June 6, 2026 (8:00 AM).
