Innovision has received a Letter of Award (LoA) / work order engagement of user fee agency on the basis of Competitive Bidding for Pileru to Puthalapattu Section (Two Lanes with paved shoulders) from Km 300.193 to Km 337. 693 of NH-40 (Old NH-18) in the state of Andhra Pradesh and upkeep/ maintenance of adjacent Toilet Blocks including recouping the consumable items. The project is valued at Rs 7.73 crore.

The contract pertains to the engagement of Innovision as the user fee collection agency for the Pileru?Puthalapattu section of NH-40 (old NH-18), spanning from Km 300.193 to Km 337.693. The scope of work also includes upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks, along with replenishment of consumable items.

The contract is scheduled to commence from 15 August 2026 and will remain valid for a period of one year. Innovision said that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding authority. The contract does not fall under related-party transactions.

Innovision provides manpower services, toll plaza management, and skill development training across India. The company offers private security, integrated facility management (IFM), manpower sourcing and payroll services and operates toll plazas primarily for the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The company?s consolidated net profit jumped 8.33% to Rs 11.87 crore on a 6.42% increase in total income to Rs 268.78 crore in Q4 FY26 over Q4 FY25.
