Indoco Remedies announced that Malta Medicines Authority had inspected Company's manufacturing facility for solid oral dosage form (Plant I) located at Goa (Facility), from 19 November to 24 November 2025.

The Facility has received EU GMP certification from the Malta Medicines Authority confirming that the Facility complies with the Good Manufacturing Practice requirements as referred in the EC Directive.

The facility was inspected between 22 April and 27 April 2026. The certification confirms that the plant complies with EU GMP standards and can cater to regulated European markets.

Aditi Panandikar, managing director of Indoco Remedies, said the certification reflects the company's commitment to supplying high-quality products to patients across the globe.

Meanwhile, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund acquired 13,58,002 shares, or a 1.47% stake, in Indoco Remedies through bulk deals on 27 May 2026. Exchange data showed that the fund bought 6,83,544 shares on the NSE and 6,74,458 shares on the BSE at Rs 198 per share. The total deal value stood at around Rs 26.88 crore.

Indoco Remedies is a fully integrated pharmaceutical company with 10 manufacturing facilities, including six formulations plants and four API units. The company caters to domestic and international markets across multiple therapeutic segments and maintains partnerships with generic drug companies worldwide.

On a consolidated basis, Indoco Remedies reported net loss of Rs 21.64 crore in Q4 March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 40.39 crore in Q4 March 2025. Net sales rose 18.76% YoY to Rs 455.90 crore in Q4 March 2026.

Indoco Remedies has announced today that the Malta Medicines Authority had inspected the Company's manufacturing facility for solid oral dosage form (Unit I) located at Baddi from 29 January 2026 to 03 February 2026.

The facility has received EU GMP certification from the Malta Medicines Authority confirming that it complies with the Good Manufacturing Practice requirements as referred in the EC Directive.

Revenue from operations stood at Rs 429.06 crore in the fourth quarter of FY26, up 25.79% as against Rs 341.07 crore posted in Q4 FY25.

The company reported a profit before tax of Rs 27.62 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with a pre-tax loss of Rs 30.90 crore in Q4 FY25. It also recorded exceptional items of Rs 3.68 crore during the quarter.

On a consolidated basis, the company reported consolidated net loss of Rs 23.68 crore in Q4 FY26 as against net loss of Rs 41.34 crore in Q4 FY25. Revenue from operations surged 18.75% to Rs 455.9 crore in Q4 FY26 as against Rs 383.89 crore in Q4 FY25.

EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs 63 crore, compared with Rs 3.5 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. EBITDA margin for the quarter stood at 14.7% as against 1.0% in the same quarter last year.

For the year, revenue stood at Rs 1,633.5 crore as against Rs 1,494.8 crore in the same period last year. EBITDA stood at Rs 157.2 crore, compared with Rs 128 crore in the corresponding period last year, while EBITDA margin improved to 9.6% from 8.6%.

Aditi Panandikar, Managing Director, Indoco Remedies, said, ?Revenue growth for the quarter and year was mainly driven by a good performance in the International Formulations Business, supported by a steady growth in the API & Services Businesses.?

The board of directors recommended a dividend of Rs 0.20 per equity share of face value Rs 2 each for the financial year 2025?2026.
