Sales rose 10.31% to Rs 107.12 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 97.11 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 26.34 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net profit of Rs 123.76 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 3.21% to Rs 452.47 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 467.47 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Indo National announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3.75 per equity Share (i.e. 75%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
