IDFC FIRST Bank announced that India Ratings & Research (Ind-Ra) has re-affirmed the rating/outlook of Bank's Debt instruments (Basel III Tier 2 Bonds, Infrastructure Bonds and Non-Convertible Debt Instruments) amounting to Rs 17,928 crore at 'IND AA+/Stable'.

IDFC First Bank has allotted 12,29,793 equity shares under ESOS on 04 December 2025. Post allotment, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Bank stands increased from Rs 85,93,09,13,750/- comprising of 8,59,30,91,375 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up to Rs 85,94,32,11,680/- comprising of 8,59,43,21,168 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up.

Net profit of IDFC First Bank rose 64.10% to Rs 347.80 crore in the quarter ended September 2025 as against Rs 211.94 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2024. Total Operating Income rose 10.94% to Rs 9936.93 crore in the quarter ended September 2025 as against Rs 8957.02 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2024.

The Board of IDFC First Bank at its meeting held on 08 October 2025 has approved the allotment of 81,26,94,722 equity shares of face value Rs 10/- each pursuant to the conversion of an equivalent number of compulsorily convertible cumulative preference shares (CCPS) held by Currant Sea Investments B.V. (affiliate company of global growth investor Warburg Pincus LLC).

After the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Bank stands increased to Rs 81,51,95,66,830 divided into 8,15,19,56,683 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
