Net profit of Ganesha Ecosphere declined 39.70% to Rs 12.73 crore in the quarter ended December 2023 as against Rs 21.11 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2022. Sales rose 4.50% to Rs 284.83 crore in the quarter ended December 2023 as against Rs 272.56 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2022.

The company's board authorized and declared the opening of the issue on Tuesday, 30 January 2024.
The floor price of Rs 995.06 is at a discount of 5.85% to the previous day's closing price of Rs 1,057 on the BSE.
The company may offer a discount of not more than 5% on the floor price so calculated for the issue.
The firm has also informed that a meeting of the committee is scheduled to be held on Friday, 2 February 2024 to consider and approve the issue price of the equity shares.
Ganesha Ecosphere is a leading PET waste recycling company in India and is engaged in the manufacturing of recycled polyester staple fibre (RPSF), Spun Yarn and Dyed Texturised Yarn.
The company’s consolidated net profit tumbled 85.8% to Rs 2.80 crore on 11% decrease in net sales to Rs 278.45 crore in Q2 FY24 over Q2 FY23.

The company will issue of warrants convertible into equivalent number of equity shares to GPL Finance, of a member of promoter group, for an aggregate amount upto Rs 150 crore.
The board approved raising of funds through a qualified institutions placement (QIP) for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 350 crore by issue of equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each.
