On a consolidated basis, Ganesha Ecosphere?s net profit zoomed 389.66% to Rs 23.21 crore in Q4 FY26 as against Rs 4.74 crore in Q3 FY26. Revenue from operations rose 18.68% to Rs 423.94 crore in Q4 FY26 over Q3 FY26. PBT surged 278.89% to Rs 30.88 crore in Q4 FY26 over Q3 FY26.

On a year-on-year basis, the company's consolidated net profit fell 2.27% while revenue from operations advanced 23.10% in Q4 FY26. PBT declined 4.69% YoY.

The company has recommended a dividend of Rs 3.50 per equity share of face value Rs 10 (i.e., 35%), subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, for FY26.

Ganesha Ecosphere is a leading PET Waste Recycling company in India and is engaged in the manufacturing of Recycled Polyester Staple Fibre (RPSF), Spun yarn and dyed texturised yarn in India.

Ganesha Ecosphere announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3.5 per equity Share (i.e. 35%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Ganesha Ecosphere declined 2.31% to Rs 23.21 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 23.76 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 23.10% to Rs 423.94 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 344.38 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit declined 62.95% to Rs 38.21 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 103.12 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 1.10% to Rs 1481.66 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1465.54 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

The board of?Ganesha Ecopet, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ganasha Ecosphere,?at its meeting held on 20 May 2026, has decided to drop the proposed greenfield project?to add rPET granules capacity of 67,500 TPA?at Odisha, as of now.

Any future greenfield expansion plans for adding rPET granules capacity will be taken up at a later date, after due consideration of market dynamics.

Instead, they have decided to expand its existing capacity of rPET granules at its Warangal unit by another 22,500 TPA, taking the total installed capacity at 87,000 TPA with a capex of Rs 125 crore.
