Dalmia Bharat Sugar & Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 5 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 75%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Dalmia Bharat Sugar & Industries declined 47.44% to Rs 104.47 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 198.76 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 2.44% to Rs 990.73 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1015.52 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit declined 35.23% to Rs 236.71 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 365.48 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 2.87% to Rs 3618.08 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 3724.94 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Dalmia Bharat Sugar & Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 5 May 2026.

Following this, the Board appointed Sandeep Garg as the new CFO and Key Managerial Personnel, effective the same date. Sandeep Garg is a chartered accountant with over 25 years of finance leadership experience in multinational and promoter-driven companies. He has previously served as Group CFO at SLMG Beverages and headed finance for Bajaj Auto's Rs 17,000 crore international business. He brings expertise in business strategy, FP&A, M&A, treasury, governance, and cost optimization and is known for building high-performance teams and driving sustainable profitability.

Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries is mainly engaged in the manufacturing of sugar, the generation of power, the manufacturing of industrial alcohol, and the manufacturing of refractory products.

The company?s consolidated net profit jumped 17.5% to Rs 69.66 crore on a 16.7% drop in net sales to Rs 697.75 crore in Q3 FY26 over Q3 FY25.
