Coromandel International has allotted 1,800 equity shares under ESOP on 23 June 2026. With this allotment, the share capital of the Company shall stand increased from Rs. 29,50,14,639/- divided into 29,50,14,639 equity shares of face value Re. 1/- each to Rs. 29,50,16,439/- divided into 29,50,16,439 equity shares of face value Re. 1/- each.

Coromandel International announced that the 64th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 23 July 2026.

Net profit of Coromandel International declined 75.86% to Rs 139.93 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 579.67 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 20.35% to Rs 6003.66 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 4988.39 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit declined 5.34% to Rs 1956.15 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 2066.46 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 30.70% to Rs 31479.54 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 24085.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Coromandel International has fixed 16 July 2026 as record date for determining the members eligible to receive final dividend of Rs 2 per equity share. The dividend will be paid on or before 21 August 2026.
