Profit before tax (PBT) fell 16.91% YoY to Rs 394.99 crore in Q4 March 2026.

Sales volume rose 5% to 85,820 MT in Q4 FY26 compared with 82,062 MT in Q4 FY25.

EBITDA stood at Rs 663 crore in Q4 FY26, registering de-growth of 6% compared with Rs 703 crore uin Q4 FY25. EBITDA margin contracted to 22.9% in Q4 FY26 as against 24.8% in Q4 FY25.

Meanwhile, the company?s board recommended payment of final dividend of Rs 4 per equity share with a face value of Rs 2 each for year ended 31st March 2026.

Balkrishna Industries is engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling of off-highway tyres (OHT) in the specialist segments such as agricultural, industrial & construction, earthmovers & port, mining, forestry, lawn & garden and all terrain vehicles (ATV).

Balkrishna Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 8 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 4 per equity Share (i.e. 200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Balkrishna Industries declined 18.75% to Rs 299.46 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 368.55 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 6.56% to Rs 2932.82 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 2752.38 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit declined 24.89% to Rs 1243.10 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1654.96 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 3.60% to Rs 10823.08 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 10446.95 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
