Texmaco Rail & Engineering has received an order worth Rs 93 lakh from West Central Railway for 38 nos. bogie frame for ICF design coaches.

According to an exchange filing, the order comprises Auto Car Taller Wagon (ACT 1) and Brake Van (BVCM) units built to the latest RDSO drawings.

Delivery of the rakes is scheduled to be completed by 31 December 2026. The company confirmed that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding company, and the contract does not qualify as a related-party transaction.
