Net profit of PNC Infratech declined 80.93% to Rs 75.48 crore in the quarter ended March 2025 as against Rs 395.89 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2024. Sales declined 34.46% to Rs 1704.11 crore in the quarter ended March 2025 as against Rs 2600.15 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2024.
For the full year,net profit declined 10.33% to Rs 815.49 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against Rs 909.42 crore during the previous year ended March 2024. Sales declined 21.75% to Rs 6768.68 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against Rs 8649.87 crore during the previous year ended March 2024.
PNC Infratech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2025, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.6 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

According to an exchange filing, the project involves the construction of a flyover from Heeradas Chouraha to Kumher Gate Chouraha in Bharatpur City, Bharatpur, on an EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) basis.
The project, which is expected to be completed within 24 months, aims to enhance connectivity in the Bharatpur region.
PNC Infratech is engaged in India's infrastructure development through the construction of highways, including BOT (built, operate, and transfer projects), HAM (Hybrid Annuity Model), airport runways, bridges, flyovers, and power transmission projects, among others.
The company reported a 56% drop in consolidated net profit to Rs 81.39 crore on a 28.2% decline in revenue from operations to Rs 1,470.01 crore in Q3 FY25 over Q3 FY24.
