PNC Infratech has emerged as L1 (First Lowest) bidder for a project namely Detailed Designing, Engineeiing, Procurement and Construction of Cityside works (New Domestic Terminal Building with parking, Electrical Sub-Station, Approach Roads, Ancillary Structures, Allied Works and Associated MEP and Electro-Mechanical works, Airport System, IT System, Security System including Maintenance, Operation & AICMC etc.) and Airside Works (Extension and Strengthening of Runway, Apron, Taxiways, Isolation Bay, RESA, Grading, Civil and Electrical works for NAV-AIDS Facilities, Perimeter Road, Approach Road, Runway Lighting System, allied works etc.) at Pantnagar Airport in Uttarakhand on EPC Basis on 29 May 2026 for a quoted price of Rs.302.44 crore.

PNC Infratech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.6 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of PNC Infratech rose 42.89% to Rs 107.85 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 75.48 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 5.11% to Rs 1616.98 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1704.11 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 2.00% to Rs 831.77 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 815.49 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 20.69% to Rs 5368.10 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 6768.68 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

However, revenue from operations declined 5.11% YoY to Rs 1,616.98 crore in the quarter ended 31 March 2026.

Profit before exceptional items and tax fell 3.10% year-on-year to Rs 146.31 crore. The company also reported exceptional items amounting to Rs 8.46 crore during the quarter.

For the full financial year FY26, the company posted a 1.99% increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 831.77 crore, despite a 20.69% decline in revenue from operations to Rs 5,368.10 crore.

Net cash used in operating activities stood at Rs 4,592.97 crore in FY26, compared with negative net cash from operating activities of Rs 56.11 crore in FY25.

Meanwhile, the board recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.60 per equity share of face value Rs 2 each for FY26, subject to shareholders? approval at the forthcoming annual general meeting (AGM). If approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days from the conclusion of the AGM.

The board also approved the appointment and designation of Chakresh Kumar Jain, managing director, as the chief financial officer (CFO) of the company.

PNC Infratech is engaged in infrastructure development, construction and management activities across sectors, including highways, bridges, flyovers, airport runways, power transmission lines and industrial area development.

The counter rose 1.23% to end at Rs 214.10 on the BSE.
