Net profit of Indo Tech Transformers rose 14.01% to Rs 23.92 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 20.98 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 15.98% to Rs 238.99 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 206.06 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 45.23% to Rs 92.77 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 63.88 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 27.84% to Rs 782.08 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 611.78 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Indo Tech Transformers will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 20 May 2026.

Indo Tech Transformers announced that its proposed customer Renew Wind Energy (JAMB) has cancelled order for supply of six transformers due to project delay. The aggregate value of the cancelled order is Rs 64.99 crore.

Meanwhile, the company said that it maintains a healthy book order as on date and has received orders worth Rs 80 crore in last one week from various renewable projects.

PBIDT improved 15.4% YoY to Rs 35.29 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 30.59 crore in Q3 FY25. PBIDT margin expanded by 73 basis points YoY to 17.98% in the third quarter.

Profit before tax in Q3 FY26 stood at Rs 33.50 crore, up by 16.1% from Rs 28.85 crore recorded in Q3 FY25.

Indo Tech Transformers is engaged in the business of manufacturing power and distribution transformers and various special application transformers, mobile substation transformers, and substations.

The scrip tumbled 5.63% to currently trade at Rs 1414.05 on the BSE.
