BCL Industries has allotted 26,70,000 equity shares on conversion of 2,67,000 warrants after adjusting for stock split of 1-into-10.

Consequent to the conversion, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 27,23,50,000 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 1 each.

BCL Industries has allotted 7,30,000 equity shares on conversion of 73,000 warrants on 19 February 2024.

Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 26,96,80,000/- consisting of 26,96,80,000 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 1/-each.

Consequent to the conversion of warrants, 26,48,334 warrants remain pending for conversion and these warrant holders are entitled to get their warrants converted into equity shares of the company by paying remaining 75% i.e., Rs. 270/- per warrant within 18 months from the date of warrant allotment.

Net profit of BCL Industries rose 30.80% to Rs 30.62 crore in the quarter ended December 2023 as against Rs 23.41 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2022. Sales rose 16.55% to Rs 622.19 crore in the quarter ended December 2023 as against Rs 533.85 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2022.
