BCL Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2023, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 5 per equity Share (i.e. 50%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of BCL Industries rose 6.39% to Rs 24.31 crore in the quarter ended March 2023 as against Rs 22.85 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2022. Sales declined 9.72% to Rs 456.96 crore in the quarter ended March 2023 as against Rs 506.14 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2022.

For the full year,net profit declined 21.86% to Rs 66.29 crore in the year ended March 2023 as against Rs 84.84 crore during the previous year ended March 2022. Sales declined 8.52% to Rs 1818.33 crore in the year ended March 2023 as against Rs 1987.74 crore during the previous year ended March 2022.

The Board of BCL Industries at its meeting held on 04 March 2023 has approved allotment of 54,66,334 fully convertible warrants of nominal value of Rs 10/- each, at an issue price of Rs 360/- per warrant, on preferential basis, after receipt of subscription amount being 25% of the issue price from the allottees as stipulated under the provisions of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018.
