Arrow Greentech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 5 per equity Share (i.e. 50%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Arrow Greentech declined 35.31% to Rs 7.40 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 11.44 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 27.07% to Rs 41.78 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 57.29 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit declined 25.00% to Rs 47.35 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 63.13 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 17.60% to Rs 200.51 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 243.35 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
