The scrip was listed at Rs 185, at a premium of 12.12% to the issue price. The scrip hit a high of Rs 191 and a low of Rs 181. About 7.33 lakh shares of the company changed hands at the counter.

The initial public offer (IPO) of Yudiz Solutions was subscribed 3.41 times. The issue opened for bidding on 4 August, 2023 and it closed on 8 August 2023. The price band of the IPO was fixed at Rs 162-165 per share.

The IPO comprised fresh issue of 27,17,600 shares The promoter and promoter group shareholding diluted to 73.66% from 100% pre-IPO.

The company intends to utilize the net proceeds to unidentified acquisition (in India & abroad), development of new product & technology, networking & cabling, branding & marketing expenses, capital expenditure, working capital requirement general corporate purposes and issue expenses.

Its range of solutions and services include web development, wearable device / IoT development, game development and mobile application development. The technologies used by them includes blockchain technology, metaverse, AR (Augmented Reality) / VR (Virtual Reality) / MR (Mixed Realty) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) / M (Machine Learning), IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things), 2D/3D animation, UI/UX design, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to in order to efficiently provide the abovementioned solutions and services.

The company recorded a revenue from operations of Rs 27.31 crore and net profit of Rs 2.75 crore for the period ended as on 31 March 2023.
