We Work India Management will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 16 July 2026.

Revenue from operations increased 29.05% YoY to Rs 696.06 crore in Q4 FY26.

The company reported pre-tax profit of Rs 44 crore in Q4 FY26 compared with pre-tax loss of Rs 13.36 crore in Q4 FY25.

EBITDA stood at Rs 469.5 crore in Q4 FY26, registering the growth of 12.54% compared with Rs 417.2 crore in Q4 FY25. EBITDA margin improved to 65.6% in Q4 FY26 as against 64.8% in Q4 FY25.

On full year basis, the company?s consolidated net profit declined 41.57% to Rs 74.43 crore despite 25.19% jump in revenue from operations to Rs 2,440.18 crore in FY26 over FY25.

Net profit of Wework India Management rose 79.49% to Rs 65.55 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 36.52 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 29.05% to Rs 696.06 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 539.37 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit declined 41.58% to Rs 74.43 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 127.40 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 25.19% to Rs 2440.18 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1949.21 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
