The scrip was listed at Rs 330, up 100% over the initial public offer (IPO) price. The counter hit a high of Rs 346.50 and a low of Rs 313.50 so far. About 15.64 lakh shares of the company changed hands at the counter.

Vinyas Innovative Technologies' IPO was subscribed 28.80 times. It opened for bidding on 27 September 2023 and it closed on 3 October 2023. The price band of the IPO was Rs 162 to 165 per share.

The IPO comprised fresh issue of 49,02,000 shares. The company intends to utilize the net proceeds towards funding its incremental working capital requirements.

Vinyas Innovative Technologies is a provider of design, engineering and electronics manufacturing services catering to global original equipment manufacturers and original design manufacturers in electronic industry. The company's electronic manufacturing services are provided as build to print (B2P) and build to specification (B2S) services to clients. The company solutions primarily comprises of printed circuit board (PCB) assembly (PCBA) and box builds which are used in safety critical systems such as cockpits, inflight systems, landing systems, and medical diagnostic equipment. The company has 382 permanent employees.

The company recorded revenue from operations of Rs 234.52 crore and net profit of Rs 7.34 crore for the period as on 31 March 2023.
