Vikran Engineering announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.18 per equity Share (i.e. 18%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Vikran Engineering rose 48.31% to Rs 56.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 37.76 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 82.19% to Rs 647.40 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 355.35 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 17.85% to Rs 91.70 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 77.81 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 36.41% to Rs 1249.31 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 915.85 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Vikran Engineering has executed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) for acquisition of 51% equity stake in NOPL Solar Projects (Target Entity), subject to customary conditions precedent as agreed between the parties.

The acquisition is in line with the Company's strategy to expand its presence in the renewable energy sector. It will enable business diversification and support long-term growth through participation in solar energy projects.
