Vibhor Steel Tubes bags Rs 7-cr order for metal crash barriers

The order, placed under Purchase Order YNM/PO-348 dated 15 December 2025, is for METAL CRASH BARRIER W BEAM ? Vibhor Steel make.
The total order value is approximately Rs 7.43 crore. The company said the promoters or group companies have no interest in the entity awarding the contract, and the order does not fall under related party transactions.
Vibhor Steel Tubes is engaged in the business of manufacturing of ERW pipes & tubes, galvanized pipes & tubes, transmission line towers and crash barriers. The company?s standalone net profit jumped 59.6% to Rs 1.42 crore on 19.3% increase in net sales to Rs 281.76 crore in Q2 FY26 over Q2 FY25.
Shares of Vibhor Steel Tubes rose 0.82% to Rs 135.15 on the BSE.

Net profit of Vibhor Steel Tubes rose 59.55% to Rs 1.42 crore in the quarter ended September 2025 as against Rs 0.89 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2024. Sales rose 19.34% to Rs 281.76 crore in the quarter ended September 2025 as against Rs 236.09 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2024.

As per the exchange filing, the order pertains to the supply of metal crash barrier thrie beam ? Vibhor Steel Make? under purchase order no. YNM/PO-326 dated 5th September 2025. The contract is to be executed on or before 8th September 2025.
The company also clarified that its promoters, promoter group, and related entities have no interest in the awarding entity. It further confirmed that the transaction does not qualify as a related party transaction under applicable regulatory norms.
Vibhor Steel Tubes is engaged in the business of manufacturing of ERW pipes & tubes, galvanized pipes & tubes, transmission line towers and crash barriers. The company?s standalone net profit jumped 4% to Rs 3.14 crore on 2.8% increase in net sales to Rs 230.96 crore in Q1 FY26 over Q1 FY25.
