The scrip was listed at Rs 211, a premium of 64.84% over the initial public offer (IPO) price. The scrip hit a high of Rs 221.55 and a low of Rs 211. About 17.52 lakh shares of the company changed hands at the counter.

The initial public offer (IPO) of Vasa Denticity was subscribed 48.67 times. The issue opened for bidding on 23 May 2023 and it closed on 25 May 2023. The IPO price band was Rs 121 - 128 per share.

The IPO comprised issue of 42,24,000 equity shares, which includes fresh issue of upto 31,74,000 equity shares and offer for sale of upto 10,50,000 equity shares from selling shareholders.

The company intends to utilize the net proceeds to meet working capital requirements, Expenditure to enhance visibility and awareness of our brands and general corporate purpose

Ahead of the IPO, Vasa Denticity on 22 May 2023, raised Rs 15.36 crore from anchor investors. The board allotted 12,00,000 shares at Rs 128 each to 5 anchor investors.

Vasa Denticity are in the business of marketing and distribution of a comprehensive portfolio of dental products including consumables, instruments, equipment, and accessories for diagnosing, treating and preventing dental conditions as well as improving the aesthetics of the human smile through online portal Dentalkart.com. The company operates an online channel housing approximately 300 domestic and international brands with a comprehensive product range of more than 10,000 dental products. As on 31 December 2022, the company has employed 184 permanent full-time employees including managerial personnel.

The company recorded a revenue from operations of Rs 87.28 crore and net profit of Rs 5.01 crore for the period ended on 31 December 2022.
