Valor Estate Ltd spiked 19.98% to Rs 123.9 at 11:47 IST. The stock was the biggest gainer in the BSE's 'A' group. On the BSE, 7.73 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 1.56 lakh shares in the past one month.

Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Company Ltd soared 16.99% to Rs 132.35. The stock was the second biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 6.66 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 53788 shares in the past one month.

Dr Lal Pathlabs Ltd surged 16.33% to Rs 1591.5. The stock was the third biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 3.74 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 94510 shares in the past one month.

Epigral Ltd gained 12.37% to Rs 1352.05. The stock was the fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 29630 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 4204 shares in the past one month.

Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd rose 10.39% to Rs 389. The stock was the fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 15.61 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 9.14 lakh shares in the past one month.

The case pertains to a 205-acre land parcel located at Bhayandar in Thane district, held by the company?s wholly owned subsidiary, Miraland Developers. The Union of India, through the Salt Department, had challenged the ownership of the land and pursued the matter through multiple legal forums.

Earlier, a civil court in Thane had dismissed the Salt Department?s claim in April 2018. The department subsequently filed an appeal before the Bombay High Court in 2019.

In its filing dated 1 May 2026, the company said the High Court has, on 30 April 2026, dismissed the appeal, thereby upholding the earlier judgment in favour of Miraland Developers. The company added that it is awaiting a certified copy of the order.

The ruling brings closure to a litigation spanning over four decades and affirms the title of the land in favour of the company?s subsidiary.

Valor Estate (erstwhile DB Realty) is a real estate developer in India. On a consolidated basis, Valor Estate's net profit surged 1263.38% to Rs 62.17 crore while net sales rose 60.60% to Rs 529.18 crore in Q3 December 2025 over Q3 December 2024.

Radius Estates is engaged in the business of real estate development. It had recorded a turnover of Rs 157.55 crore in FY 2024-25.

Valor Estate stated that this acquisition is in line with the company?s real estate business and is intended to consolidate ownership and control over Radius Estates and its underlying project interests.

The acquisition is proposed to be completed upon fulfilment of conditions precedent and completion conditions set out in the transaction documents.

The indicative outer timeline is up to December 2027, subject to the release of pledged shares and the completion of agreed milestones.

Upon completion, Radius Estates will become a wholly owned subsidiary of MIG and an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the company,? Valor Estate said in a statement.

Valor Estate (erstwhile DB Realty) is a real estate developer in India. The company?s expanding portfolio consists of over 100 million square feet of prime property. Most of the projects are based in and around Mumbai and are under various stages of planning and construction.

The company's consolidated net profit surged to Rs 62.17 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 4.56 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024. Sales rose 60.60% YoY to Rs 529.18 crore in Q3 FY26.

The scrip had tumbled 8.86% to end at Rs 83.85 on the BSE yesterday.

Valor Estate has received a Letter of Award dated 18 March 2026 from the Government of Goa (Department of Public Private Partnership) for development of an International Convention Centre, Convention Hotel and associated downstream facilities at Dona Paula, Goa on a Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) basis.

The project is proposed to be developed on a leasehold land parcel admeasuring approximately 2,84,775 sq. metres (~70 acres) at Dona Paula, Goa, under a long-term concession arrangement.
