Sales rose 9.75% to Rs 674.22 crore in the quarter ended June 2023 as against Rs 614.33 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2022.

The Board of VRL Logistics at its meeting held on 24 July 2023 has approved the transfer of its “Transport of Passengers by Air” Undertaking by way of slump sale on a going concern basis to Vijayanand Travels , an entity owned and controlled by the promoters of the Company.
The decision is in line with the company's objective to solely focus on goods transportation activity. Previously, the company also disposed of its other non-core businesses including wind power and bus operations.
