The Ramco Cements announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 20 August 2026.

The Ramco Cements announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2.5 per equity Share (i.e. 250%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of The Ramco Cements rose 449.76% to Rs 150.69 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 27.41 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 8.89% to Rs 2610.32 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 2397.27 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 156.24% to Rs 698.65 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 272.65 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 5.99% to Rs 9028.76 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 8518.40 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
