Thangamayil Jewellery has received reaffirmation in credit ratings from ICRA as under:

Fixed deposit programme (Rs 95 crore) - ICRA A+; Stable
Long term / short term fund / non fund based working capital limit (Rs 1,412 crore) - ICRA A+; Stable / ICRA A1

Thangamayil Jewellery is expanding its retail presence with the inauguration of two new branches at Neelankarai and Pallavaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, scheduled to be held on 07 June 2026 (Sunday).

Thangamayil Jewellery announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 18 per equity Share (i.e. 180%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
