TD Power Systems (TDPS) and BRUSH SEM s.r.o (Czech Republic) have entered into two agreements on 08 November 2023 in terms of which TDPS will manufacture and supply Generators primarily for the Oil and Gas market based on Baker Hughes BRUSH technology design and TDPS design respectively.

Established in 1879, BRUSH specialises in the manufacture of high performance turbogenerators used in various industries including Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Marine applications. BRUSH is part of the Industrial & Energy Technology business segment in Baker Hughes, an energy technology company that provides solutions for energy and industrial customers worldwide.

The initial term of the agreements is 3 years which could be extended by 24 months as may be mutually agreed. Under the said agreements, individual Purchase orders shall be issued based on Project & customer requirement which will also prescribe delivery dates.
